• A non-refundable booking fee/deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Appointments are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
• Deposits will be deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
• Please provide at least 24/48 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
• Cancellations made outside of the notice period may result in loss of deposit.
• No-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
• Arriving late may result in your treatment time being reduced or your appointment needing to be rescheduled.
• Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• No dogs accept guide/therapy dogs
• If you are bringing a child to the appointment please make me aware - some appointments are unsuitable for children to attend.
